Paid for store film

I used sky cinema today to watch the new Indian Jones movie and clicked the rental option for £4.99 I received a message telling me there was a problem so I tried again and put my pin in for a second time.
I then saw that it was ready and clicked to watch.
It took me to Disney plus and I was told to either login or register. I do not want Disney plus, does this mean I have now been charged twice to watch a film I couldn't get due to not subscribing to
Disney?

Thanks

Re: Paid for store film

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Can you go back to the Sky Store to see if it now allows you to view the film, is it in your purchases section of your recordings if you dod this on a Sky Q box ?
