For reasons I'm never quite sure why, from time to time, customers' credit limit for movies seems to reset to £0.
It never seems to be to do with something the customer has done wrong, maybe more like Sky making sure customers don't accidentally spend too much on purchases without presetting a limit.
It's easy to fix with a livechat to the Skystore support team but unfortunately they next open at 11am Monday.
The only thing I can think of in the meantime - ONLY IF IT IS A BUY AND KEEP (not a rental) you should be able to buy a movie on line (pay by card) and then select "send to box" to view on your Sky box
