No credit
Trying to rent a film but it is saying we have no credit limit

As this is a common issue which mkight be caused by your account not being setup for Sky Store purchaes you might want to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
