No UHD content available when restoring purchases

I've just had a new sky q 2TB box installed and am trying to restore my purchases, most of them were in UHD but none are available, all HD only. They're not available in UHD anywhere now.

I don't recall ever seeing  any UHD content available to buy in SKY Store - only rentals for UHD , although I could be wrong as I don't really use it

Are you sure you bought UHD content rather than just downloaded form SKY CInema

Hmm, not convinced - every purchase I have is HD and everything I can find in UHD on the Store is Rent only.
