My account is paid up to date but when trying to rent a movie it keeps telling me that i dont have t

Hi. My account is paid up to date but when I try to rent a movie it tells me that I dont have enough credit. Its never been an issue before. Can anyone advise. I cant get through to an advisor.

This error message despite what it says has nothing to do with your account being paid and being up to date. What it is about is that all Sky Store customers have a spending limit on their accounts to prevent overspending so you have either hit yours or if you are new to Sky Store then it might be set to zero, either way the only way to get this fixed is to get in touch with Sky Store support as they will be able to fix it for you:
