Movie not working

Hi I bought a movie on sky store a few days ago ( rented mission impossible the final reckoning) and anytime we try to watch it we get kicked out to the Home Screen. It is on a now tv stick but they told us that we needed to contact sky as it was a third party service. I have been charged the €5.49 for the movie but haven't had the joy of watching the movie.
