Movie is not playing

Hello 

I and my son separately purchased Minecraft movie and its not working. We are very dissapointed and withh the lack of support over the weekend too. It's been very frustrating.

Try getting in touch with the Sky Store team firstly. They have a live chat you can use from 11am - 7.30pm Monday to Friday (it used to be Saturday as well), https://www.skystore.com/help/contact-us

You are the second person to report an issue with that film so if you get it reported by using the live chat hopefully Sky can look into it for you.
