I purchased Tolls (2016) back in March as a buy and keep. The film has been available to watch but recently has disappeared from my Sky Q purchase library. It is still available on the sky store App Library (where I can watch it), but when I try to send it to my Sky Q box again it's says it is sent to all boxes at my address, but does not show up. When I search for it now it is only available to rent, Has anyone else had this problem?

It's as if Sky no longer have the rights to host this Movie on anything other than a stream. I can see the same as you- ok to buy and keep online - but not on my Sky Q box.
if you want more clarification you should be able to get this with a livechat from 11am tomorrow.

just annoying as my 3 year old loves these movies (which is why we purchased them in the first place to keep). Also frustrating that we paid the money and don't seem to have access.
I have phoned people and spoken about it but no one seems to know what is going on.
