Lost Video purchases

I purchased the whole Game of Thrones Saga and the film about Queen Anne but they  have disappeared from MySky Library.

 

Only one of my purchases remains in the library since I switched from Sky Q to Sky Streaming service.  I feel that the removal of my previous purchases must be connected to the closure of my previous Sky Q account.

Any one know how I can get my purchases back?

Also, does anyone know why it is so extremely difficult to speak to a human being and get a straightforward answer these days?
