Link a device

A voucher enabled me to get a film from Sky store. This isn't showing on my skyq box but is when I go on my laptop. In order to send the film to my Skyq box, I am supposed to 'Link a device' by going to My Account, My Sky Account, Link My account. However, Link My account is not showing.
Also, in the Restore Purchases tab, there is nothing. I have onlt y 10 films in my library, 9 of which are on my Skyq box.
Suggestions? Please!

Phew!
After waiting 45 minutes for an adviser to appear, it only took just over an hour for him to resolve the matter. Apparently, there was an issue with the film I bought not being able to download. So, I repurchased it and got a refund.
