Ok I think I had same problem and sky customer service helped me I think you have an older tv maybe few years old and it is not hd so your trying download hd movie and cannot so try download sd version and do this
Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup. Select Preferences, then On Demand default download format, and choose SD, HD or UHD.

We have been getting that same message, so we downloaded it on Amazon Prime instead!

Try the steps to download in SD above it should sort it as I had same problem.
