Insufficient credit on card

I have sky plus HD and I'm a vip, so this month you have gave me a free movie to keep, but when I click on the button it says insufficient credit, then when I try to get help.it tells me to ring, when I rung it told me it would send me a text and this would help! I don't see how as I've not been able to speak to anyone! Please help I feel like I'm going round in circles
