Incorrect movie charge
I searched for a movie that was under the heading "£10 and under" I bought it and I've been charged £13.99 on the receipt email and the projected bill for next month. Do I have to ring the call centre to speak to someone? I have a photo of the film under that heading so would prefer to set it out in an email with attachments.

Try getting in touch with the Sky Store team firstly. They have a live chat you can use from 11am - 7.30pm Monday to Friday (used to be Saturday as well),
