I purchased a50% off movie was charged full price

I recieved an email telling me I could get a film 50%off but when I put order through charged full price why is this

Whenever you receive an offer for a discount, the price you see on the screen is the price it's going to charge you 

Typically - if you are seeing the full price then the offer may have restrictions or limitations which exclude the movie you've chosen 

I don't know the terms of the offer you received - but best thing to do with something like this is to livechat with the Skystore team in the morning - to (hopefully) resolve it to your satisfaction
