Good evening,
I was given a sky store evoucher for a problem I was having with my broadband but this was 3 weeks ago and still not received the code to be able to redeem? Any ideas?

On a similar post to yours earlier in the week, a customer asked Sky and was told "10 working days".
So your 3 weeks is already beyond that.
I think Sky send them via a 3rd party but you might get better details from the Skystore team.

If you get no where with Sky Store support and if this voucher isn't in your trash/junk/bin folders then I would contact whoever said they would be sending this voucher to you.
