You could look at this link - and when signed in, the movies should show as £0 if there is a free movie for you

I noticed your post in the websites forum asking about a voucher code for your free movie 

if you are asking about your VIP free welcome movie - that doesn't have a voucher code. You log in on the link I posted earlier and if the movies there are priced at £0 - then you can choose one from there.
