Help.with a purchase on sky store

I have purchased a film in UHD and then realised I don't have a TV compatible. Can I cancel and purchase again in a different format?

If it was a rented film then delete it and make sure it is not in the deleted section then you can rent it again in HD. As you didn't start to watch it then you will not be charged for it.
