Film not working

We rented now you see me, now you don't. It said that we couldn't watch it (AFTER WE PAID) because we needed to update our TV to UHD. We changed the UHD settings but when we back to click on the film its frozen and doesn't load. We can't even click the picture. Now we have paid and filmless. Please help!

Could you clarify @Jessica129 do you have a UHD tv ?

 

was it just that your TV video settings had to be changed to UHD from HD ? 

I'm assuming also your TV and Sky box are connected by a UHD compatible cable.
