Film hasn’t downloaded

Hi I brought the greatest showman on my Sky Q box last night, normally the films download straight away, however it is nowhere to be found in my recordings or in my purchases. I know the purchase went through because now when I go back into the sky store, I only have the option to rent the movie, not to buy it. Please can anybody help?

If you have a device you can use to go to Skystore on line. (Phone / Tablet etc) 

Log on to your account and see if The Greatest showman is showing in your library 

https://www.skystore.com/n/mlbm/my-library/my-movies 

If so - select it and choose "send to box"

Hopefully that will make it appear in your Sky box purchases in a minute or two.

After ordering the film did you get the confirmation email that is sent for all purchases ?
