Enable account

Hello I've been trying to buy rent a film and saying my account has to be enabled to do this I've got the whole packages and can't see why it's not letting me buy or rent help please x

Your account probably hasn't been set up for Sky Stores purchases so I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm each day and can be found here:
