Dvd boxset sky store

I have just ordered a boxset I have downloaded the episodes from last night and this morning it wont let me download 2 episodes! I have reset the box and wifi and still nothing just says due to technial difficulities download couldnt be completed try again later. The episodes work on my phone app but not tv

Have you checked to see if you can download these episodes from your phone via the Sky Store website instead as you should be able to then send them to your box.

Yes I have done that it still won't work it does work on my phone
