Download failed & won't let me try again or delete

Purchased tge Bone Collector on sky store, download failed and I can't try again or delete its just frozen. Tried all the usual on/ off, updates etc but nothing works.

On what device are you trying to download this to, so phone, tablet, Sky Q box etc   ?
