Double sky store payment

Hi there, I purchased Wonka on a prepay agreement but I think I may have purchased it twice as when I went back in again yesterday I didn't see it anywhere so bought it again on the 5th Jan. Think I may have purchased it before that, about a week ago, but didn't get any email the 1st time. Please check this and make sure I only purchased it once. Thank you Fiona twomey

Hi @Skydog 

 

On here we are all customers like you - so although we can often offer advice on things- we can't look at your account. 

to get this looked at - try a livechat with the Sky store team (link below) They open at 11am so if you are free in half an hour, log on a minute or two before 11am and get in the queue for when they open.

As we are customers here who help each other we can't help you but if you didn't get an email first time around then you might be OK but if you want Sky to look into this you will need to contact them.
