Double Charge For Same SKY Store Movie

I have been charged twice for a SKY Store movie Downton Abbey

£40:00 for a movie is not right but no one at SKY wants to speak to me ... I was told basically tough luck and told to write it off as my own mistake 

I am severely disabled and SKY are usually very understanding with me but this time no one is willing to help

I I have been with SKY for over thirty years and think this is not the right way to treat any customer 

In this financial climate and cost of living crisis £20:00 is a huge sum of money to me and means I can turn my heating on for the day

Thank you SKY ... I really do think it's time to find another way 

Has anyone else had this problem
