Diamond vip customer

Received email saying as a diamond vip customer i can select a free movie but when i use the code it doesn't work.

What does the email say that you have to do as more often than not there is not a code involved.

The issue is not resolved  email from Sky said will reply before 48hr and nothing. Tried ringing but can't speak to a human, very dissatisfied with Sky and will start looking for other providers.
