Hello 

I've got sky store movies 

I recently bought disclosure day. Now I have it downloaded on my tv on my phone and on my mums laptop. For some reason last night it kept saying something about devices. So I deleted a couple and then today it's saying the same thing when I'm trying to log in! Please can I have some help and can I just be able to watch things without getting this warning. I literallt just bought this film had I known there was this many issues I wouldn't have bothered

Did you rent it or "buy and keep" it ?

On Skystore you have four devices you can register for watching movies.  Thing is, you can only change one a month. (This is to stop people lending movies to friends and family)

if you log in to Skystore and click on your name, within your account you can see "devices"

can you see the devices you are using in the list ?
