Conflicting Advice regarding all my purchase going missing

I recently had to down grade via a full cansalation of my services from sky q and super fast to just sky plus.

My purchased titles are now all missing and only one is showing up. 

i was told they are always in your sky store app, then i was told if i sign up for sky plus they will all magicly get transfered. if sky are monotoring this feed please help i have been let down from the get go.

i am still a customer but they made me stop one account and start another because thats what there systems required. I was further told to add my new account to mysky.com and then all my purchases would port magically over, dispite them not requiring an active service but i just did this and its still missing.

Hi

I have just cancelled my sky subscription and some of my movies have disappeared off sky store only trouble is I don't know how many as I have movies on different platforms ie Google amazon etc. Looking at the different posts this seems to have been going on for a while now.

If all you did was to cancel your subscription to the Sky Movies package and not leave Sky altogether then you should still have accessed to content you have purchased from the Sky Store so as stated above you would need to get in touch with the Sky Store team so they can look into this for you:

my purchased items movies 🎥 are missing. It says go to sky.com /setup but when I go there and try reconnect my broadband as advised the broadband won't connect ? 

what is going on this is crazy!! 

I though my purchased items were always protected and safe in my sky HD tv box.

How is your Sky box connected to your broadband hub, is it via a cable or is it a wireless connection ?

A subscription-linked single hard drive should never be considered 'protected and safe'

 

The assurance from Sky is that purchased items will be available to either download again or stream.
