Was it a rented film and on what device did you download it on or is this the first time you have heard of this film ?

@Tammy1234  You're not talking to Sky via the forum, threats to leave won't get a response from Sky.

 

You don't say what the charge is for, perhaps if you explain abit more the forum can help.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
