Cant find my rental

Can't find rental after renting from sky store online

If you want to watch on your box then rent it using the store on the box

With rented film where you can watch them depends on where you rented them so as you did this online then you can only watch it online. If you want to watch it via your Sky+ box then it has to be rented via it which will mean you will need to pay for it again.

As the others have said @Craig12121212 - a rental made online can't be transferred to your Sky box. 

If you happen to have a recent LG TV you can use the built in Skystore app to view it on your TV.  Also - providing it's not a premiere rental you should be able to use a Chromecast (if you have one) to watch on TV.  

 

It might just be worth asking the Skystore team for a goodwill refund if watching online is not suitable for you - to ask if they will refund and let you rent on your box. They open at 11am - livechat usually works well
