Can’t log into sky store account

I've tried logging into my sky store account, I get all the way to where you enter your last name at the end and it says an error has occurred

On what device are you trying to login to Sky Store on, so tablet, phone, PC, Mac etc....

I've got this exact error too and I've tried logging on my phone and via a laptop. Please do let me know if you find a resolution!

I've tried my phone, using Apple internet and also google chrome. 

I've then also used on a laptop both internet and chrome.
