I have just purchased a film on sky store. The email tells me it's now available in sky store but o can't find it? Just the option to buy it again ??

A rental or a buy and keep ?

Did you buy it online ? Are you watching on Sky Q ?

If a buy and keep which you bought online - it should show on your TV menu under recordings / purchases ?

if the circumstances are different then post a bit more information and people will try to help
