Can't access sky store from sky tv

When i try and access sky store from my sky tv it keeps saying my account not enabled for purchases? But i have a sky account, ID etc etc. The only way i can access it is by using the app on my LG TV which means im missing out on discounts an offers etc. And it's a real pain. When I signed up to sky thought all this could be accesses in one place I.e my sky tv.

How can i change it so i can access it via sky tv?

They does happen from time to time so should be an easy fix for the Sky Store team as it might be that your Sky Store account hasn't been linked to your Sky box so when you contact the Sky Store support team they will be able to fix this for you,
