If you are seeing an error message - this can usually be resolved with a livechat to the Skystore team. It's often just a case of agreeing and setting a credit limit for spending with Skystore.

The chances are you acciunt needs setting up fir you to be abkle to do this so if you use the live chat tomorrow the Sky Store team should be able to fix this as it is quite a commin issue.
