Asda pizza movie meal can’t see movie on sky box

Hi

i bought a movie through the Asda pizza deal I bought through my phone I want to watch on my sky box but it's not in my recording list.  I also tried stream from my phone but says to many devises logged in but when I log in it's only my phone that's registered can anyone help???

i can't get it to play on the sky store app either comes up with a message saying need to change devices but I've only got my phone on it

I have moved your post to the Sky Store forum,

If the film you selected was a rental one then I'm afraid you can only watch it online, so via your phone or the Sky Store website a rented titles can not be watched via our Sky boxes if they were rented elsewhere.. If you have something like Google Chromecast then you can cast to your TV.

If your problem is that you can't view your rented Sky movie on your Sky box, then as explained above - this isn't something you can do 

if you order a movie on the Skystore website or app, you can only view it on a mobile type device (iPad / laptop etc)

Many "non premiere" rentals can be sent to your TV if you have a Chromecast - or you can use an LG TV if it has built in Skystore 

Also - if you have a PC or laptop with HDMI output - you can plug that bin to your TV

not very user friendly I know but that's how the system is set up

You can definitely send those from your device to your Sky box.
