Accidental movie rental

I have accidentally rented a movie, didn't mean to. Please can I cancel and get a refund please?

On what device did you rent this film and I presume you did not start to watch it ?

On my mobile device, no I haven't it was a mistake. I was trying to see if it came under £1.99 and next thing I knew I purchased 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hi @Amystark 

 

If you rent a movie online then you should be charged as soon as the order is processed. 

My suggestion would be for you to explain the circumstances to the Skystore support team (open next at 11am Wednesday) and ask for a goodwill refund. 

The first conversation is with a bot so you will need to try to reach a person.
