As you initially posted in the SKY + group do you currently have SKY +/HD and looking to switch to SKy Q ?

If so, you may wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q

If you already have SKy please can explain what yourproblem is as other users here may be able to help.
