turning on PC locks up all SKy Q boxes that are on

Becoming more frequent, happened the last 2 days, when I turn on my PC the main box, which is off locks up and the fan goes full whack and the mini box that is in use freezes up too. all boxes and PC have static IP adresses so they shouldn't affect each other. Has been hapily working all day with no issues but after coming out of hybernation the boxes locked up. A power cycle fixes it. Possibly the mini box is just reacting to the loss of connection but it will go to a messed up picture and possibly a loud buzz and not accept any inputs from the remote.
