subtitles

Just had Sky Q box installed. The quick Guide says press ? for subtitles. Done that and got "Subtitles OFF".How do I switch to Subtitles ON? Ive tried everything. Bring back my old Sky Box which did everything I need. I pay Sky a lot of money every month and I can't watch TV without Subtitles. If I can't get subtitles I'll have to cancel Sky.

Either use Voice control Subtitles On.

Or set Subtitles permanently on (where available)

in Home - Settings - Accessibility - Subtitles.
