sky remote still not working

volume control still  not working tried resetting it several times 1 and 3    7 and 9 rebooting , batteries removed  several times but still no joy only volume and on and off not working frustrating  but do i need new remote tried everything for mini box only

If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting some of which you may have already tried and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for ROI customers).

It’s sometimes a bit quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket.
