Good Evening,
Unfortunately the sky Q mini box has stopped working for a week now I have restarted the mini box also whole system but it is still not working please kindly arrange an engineer to come and fix this problem or send a replacement sky Q mini box.

We are customers on here trying to help other customers. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services. Sky won't send a replacement box or arrange an engineer based on a post.
