sky Q stream films looses connection with Virgin internet

When streaming films through Sky Q box keeps loosing connection to Virgin internet, only the Sky box all other devices work oh

Q will only connect via 2.4GHz on a non-Sky ISP.

Ensure any channel steering is disabled.  It's a good idea to set up a separate 2.4GHz SSID.
