sky Q not getting a network signal
tried all the checks no issues all appears fine but we tried switching off for 5mins twice.
reset router twice
sky box says we have the wrong password its the same password as normal
no signal from network to Sky Q

If you're resetting the router entirely that should revert the log in details to the default settings (this is presuming you have changed it previously) which are either printed on a card or on the router itself (make sure they match). They don't make it easy by using the likes of 'O', '0', 'l', '1' which can cause errors so make sure they're correct.
Perhaps 'forget' the wifi connection on a mobile device and try to manually reconnect as it'll be quicker using their keyboards than using the Q remote and it'll confirm the correct password or not.
