I have returned sky equipment have proof from the post office, got an email advising of a charge £117.00 for un returned equipment. I did a live chat 28.2.2024 with Joyce advised yes the first box received 16.1.2024 and the second box received 16.2.2024 and not to worry she will let the relevant team know. Well we have another email saying i am getting charged £117.00... i have phoned and advised i have returned both boxes and have the receipt proof. I have tried replying to the sky email with the proof but of course its an UNMANNED email ... shocking service. I dont have time in my work to hang on a phone. Sky you should have a complaints email and have it MANNED! for customers.

The correct email options are manned however if you've em ailed using a unmanned email address then of course you won't get any reply.

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
