requesting up grade

Since July 2nd-Sky Q will only give me `FREESAT` channels. No recording or catch - up available. Complained 7 times now, even had an engineer come out to try and resolve issues - checked system left working. but this morning  not working agan. Sky offered a discount of £ 4.00 over 2 months!! derisory offer for lack of services I`m paying for. Anyone affected?
