I cant seem to get any satelite signal on channel 5, itv2 and some sky channels, i have retuned but still cant get it to work, I have tried to add the channels manually but that doesnt work either

Don't know how you retuned @reubenbracken 

No such action on Q .

Probababy best to contact Sky for an Engineer to check your dish alignment.

As @oldfella advised above, if a reboot of the box doesn't change anything, you'll need to log a fault with Sky and get an installer booking to check the dish alignment.
