h i cant get sky cinema watch on sky box x watch via sky x satelite signal      tick i cant get any sky cinema i vavnt been able to watch        sky cinema im elderly/disabled please help kind regards capinner ps skymini box is hot on the top.

Presuming that you've got the Sky Cinema add-on what's happening when you try to view channel 301 for example? Are you seeing any error message on the screen? 

The Sky box is designed to get quite warm. You should be able to rest your hand on the top of it.
