programme states that it can not be recorded

I am trying to record a programme on 5action (150 on sky q) on Thursday at 9pm but it's telling that this programme can't be recorded.  Why??? Program is called rookie truckers

I see the same message here.  Looks like it's a broadcaster restriction maybe due to copyright.
