“please ensure the correct viewing card is inserted with the chip facing up” message

Hi, I krep getting the error message "please ensure the correct viewing card is inserted with the chip facing up" on my sky Q box. Anyone else having the same issue??

Nope, just you.

 

Try cleaning it with a soft cloth and reinserting until clicks.  If that fails you'll need to call Sky for a replacement.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
