netflix not working overseas

just upgraded to netflix so i could netflix while on holiday,  logged in and it says 'your advert supported plan is not available in this region'

 

please help!

Install a VPN. Surfshark works well with Netflix.

Netflix is not intended to be portable internationally, and EU regulation which gave limited rights in this respect no longer apply to UK accounts after Brexit.

It's a Netflix issue rather than a Sky one, with the possible exception of RoI Sky subscribers.
