my upstairs tv is saying I need to upgrade my sky sport package
I already have the complete sky sports package and multi room with sky Q. I have now discovered that when i try to watch sky sports on my upsatirs tv channel 401 it displays a message telling me i need to upgrade my tv package to watch this channel.
Are you trying to watch a UHD programme (which can't be shown on a mini box)?
